I highly recommend Hokkaido Ramen and sushi bar in Shilloh Billings Montana! The food is great and I love ramen and sushi. I love the spicy beef ramen and the service is really good! The ambiace is great. Accessible anytime. My to go place. I love the ramen and it is my comfort food. MK is also attentive whenever we need something and he is really accommodating. This place is just a fraction of the taste and quality it once had. It’s been a few years since my last visit and unfortunately the experience has really gone downhill. The ramen was straight-up bland and the chicken looked like it had been boiled. The fried sushi roll was barely fried, but we still ate it since we were hungry. The service was mediocre at best. Overall, this restaurant feels like a shadow of its former glory. Very flavorless.

Hokkaido has excellent Ramen. Fast and friendly service. Probably the best ramen I have had in Montana. Really great. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Hokkaido Ramen for a while now and it’s honestly one of the best spots in Billings. The ramen is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. The staff are friendly and the owner really cares about customers and quality. You can tell they put a lot of effort into everything. Highly recommend if you want authentic Japanese food and a welcoming atmosphere
