Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

Highly recommended! The indoor parking is super convenient. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the service is excellent. I had the Shio Ramen, and the pork cheek was absolutely amazing—so tender and flavorful! The portions are huge and very satisfying. Definitely worth a return visit!

I tried Shio Ramen that was around $17 and added $1 to ask L size because regular size seems not enough for me as an adult female. L size was little too much for me, so I ended up giving my husband. Ramen combo looked good too, side dish Kara age was delicious. There is a parking building close to the restaurant and first 2 hours were free. We went there on Sunday night but waited only a few minutes.

Stopped in for a delicious lunch of ramen on a chilly, windy day. The lunch combo hit the spot! I really enjoyed the gyoza, the soy sauce egg and, of course, the ramen. The broth was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Hokkaido Ramen is our favorite, we frequented the NJ location and was really glad to find out that there’s one not far from us. Their ramen combo is always a great option. I think even their small portion is more than enough for two! We got their Miso Chashu Ramen and Shiyake gohan with Aji-tama. Listen, the taste of the broth, the chashu cut, the negi chashu, the soft boiled egg were all so good and well seasoned. The service was also great. They were attentive and were ready to answer any questions we had about the dishes. The restaurant itself is also in a great location, theres outdoor seating and there’s lots of parking. Overall, definitely recommend checking them out!

Noodle texture is perfectly cooked, chashus delicious, and the ambience is clean and new. Staff are very friendly and this place has the best chopsticks - pointy at the edges. The best ramen place in town. Much better than Jinya.
