Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi House

Pleasantly pleased with my recent dining experience. My small group was well taken care of by our server (Amanda?). Everything looked and tasted great. The owners gave it a great refresh because the interior is much brighter and warmer than when the Mexican restaurant was here. I look forward to my next visit. Also- Brownie points for a stash of feminine products in the women’s restroom, Great touch!

Visited Hokkaido for the first time this evening with my family. Overall a fantastic experience. Service from all the employees was great, menu prices are fair & portion sizes are solid. Flavor-wise, everything was amazing & you can tell they’re using quality products along with preparing everything fresh. We especially appreciated them having multiple gluten-free options as well. This definitely won’t be our last meal here, already looking forward to trying more new items next time ✌🏻

Y'all, this was so yummy! The chicken curry rice was like a warm hug. The flavor profile was on point. The Ramen dish we tried was really nice, the meat and bock choy were cooked very nicely. The sushi rolls were stellar. Give this place a try.

It’s such a rare treat to find a food experience on a whim during a standard Monday grocery run, but wow if Hokkaido didn’t completely blow us away. At the recommendation of many other reviews, we started with the Pork Buns. Incredible. The buns were soft, spongy and a little sweet, the pork was tender and fatty. Excellent flavor. My wife had the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen and I had the Tantanmen. Mine was spicy and complex. The eggs were unbelievable. I added the provided spicy paste to make it truly come alive. Hers, on the other hand, the Garlic Tonkotsu… even after 2 years living in South Japan I have to confess it’s in the top 3 bowls of ramen I’ve ever eaten. I've eaten here twice and it's been good, not great both times. I'm sure they have some really good dishes, I just haven't found them quite yet. The service has always been great though. The crab rangoon was really good but the fried calamari was way too salty. The sushi I've had was good but I've had better. I really enjoyed the boba drinks as well.
