Absolutely amazing experience! The staff here is beyond friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The GM is incredible, professional, kind, and clearly sets the tone for such a positive environment. The store is always clean, organized, and the cookies are consistently perfect. This location truly stands out because of the people. Keep up the fantastic work! You have earned a loyal customer!

i think its just insane how many issues i’ve had with crumbl cookie as a whole. they have semi good cookies three times a year and are sold out within a day of any decent flavor. and lord forbid you think you hit the jackpot pot when you finally get it because trust your $5 cookie looks terrible and taste disgusting. crumbl cookie is known for “raw” cookies but when you get them actually cooked / over cooked its worse.

I really like their cookies/cakes. The tres leches is probably my favorite but I love holiday flavors too. I gave 4 stars though just because I hate how everything has become so expensive but other than that it's great. Never had issues with employees always good service

Great service cookies weren't good. Which is surprising. When you hear Crumbl its like a kid in a candy store. We got the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry it was okay. The Valentines M&M cookie was horrible. Don't get it just nasty. I have the cookie monster (my hubby) and he doesnt turn sweets but this one he did and was upset because they cost too much not to be outstanding. Which they usually are. Ok depending on the location. Hoping this one its like that. I know the daughter is hoping it isn't because she loves Crumbl.

Cookies were fine but customer service is horrible. Made a mobile order and forgot to order my kids a mini 3 pack to try and so after I told the worker I placed a mobile order we were looking at the menu. He kept telling me to pull forward and I said home on a second I'm looking at the menu. Then I pulled up to the window he hands me my mobile order and I said I'm sorry can I offer a couple more. And he said why didn't you order them at the speaker, I said idk I can pull back around if you need me to. He said no I'm just asking why you didn't order at the speaker. I said what's the issue with ordering at the window here. I said you know what just forget it, great customer service!!! 😡😡
