Hogansville Public Library

This newly-built library is beautiful! It has good landscaping and a spacious interior. The areas are differentiated well for adults, teens, and small children. The facility also uses technology well. The playground that was torn down to make way for the site has been replaced with a decent area for recreation. Last but not least, the attendant at the time was very courteous and greeted me as I came in. Nice library!

I like this library. The librarians are helpful. It’s got great lighting, lots of seating and electrical outlets. If you want to sit in a rocking chair you can. The children’s section is cute. And the study rooms are the best part. I wish they had better hours though (weekend or closed later).

It was so refreshing to walk in and catch someone from a younger generation working when literally no one was watching. The young librarian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her suggestions really simplified my task. It was painless and didn't cost a dime. Thank you to the library itself for the recent uprades in technology, not only did my day get better by making my task easier, it also saved me time, gas, money and, I assure you, aggravation by not having to go to Lagrange. I went and got a frosty instead and enjoyed the rest of a beautiful spring day!

Hogansville has a very nice library, in a new building. Very modern library concept, with computers and spaces for reading and working. Has a nice meeting room for public meetings, also used as the local polling place. There is a small playground on site and some nice rocking chairs to sit in on the outside porches.

Such a great library with an incredible staff! They are always hosting family friendly events during the week for those in the community! Super modern design! Love it! Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area!
