Hoag's Restaurant Equipment

Terrible first impression due to the old lady that sits in the middle of the store! Store is so cluttered it's hard to even walk through, looks so much bigger from the outside which makes it very deceiving & nobody greets you & the door isn't labeled on where to go. We have a service dog who goes literally everywhere with us, we walked all thru the front of the store, come around the corner to this lady sitting in a hole who says your dog can't be in here, we sell food items! Lady- he's a service animal for my visually impaired husband who was handling him & YOU CAN'T DENY A SERVICE ANIMAL! He goes in every store, restaurant, EVERYWHERE... just about every place he's ever been has FOOD which you do not have. Items on your shelves should be cleaned before used & people with common sense kno

I am going to ding them one star because their phone lines are not easy to deal with. Yes I know this is Petty but I am trying to get my things done in a timly manner. Now on the the good remarks. Great service, friendly, helpful, kind, talkative and for the most part very knowledgeable; if she does not know she willing scours every resource she has access to her to help you out. oye I dealt with the Lady two times and then the gentleman this last time I arrived. I have always been well received and sent away wanting to come back.

This is the best place in town for your restaurant and coffee shop supplies!! The owners are so friendly and helpful, and they have great prices. I have done business with them since 2014.

Absolutely love this place! So friendly and knowledgeable every time! Used to go to the “other” place in town because they are just lost and zero customer service over there. Will go to Hoags every time even if they are a few cents more you definitely get what you pay for!
