We went all in on the Asados roasted chicken, Asados spare ribs, and the Pupusas — and every single item was outstanding. The roasted chicken was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The spare ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with a perfect smoky flavor, great seasoning.The hot corn Tortillas are just like homemade ones! Just amazing! I want to give 5 stars because most EVERYTHING was delicious! The Chicharrones chips were so good! The chips and homemade salsa were fantastic we couldn’t stop munching on them! My husband had the Chorizo Burger, it was amazing!! I had 2 roasted chicken tacos, I was not a fan.. I think the chicken should be left more whole, sauce on the side, and some crunch. There was no texture to the taco. It would’ve been a great crunchy taco! I would have really enjoyed it, if it hadn’t been over sauced.. I was looking forward to the flavor of the roasted chicken, but just didn’t get that flavor what so ever.. My husband had no problem finishing them off for me! How do I say this kindly? This is not like the other Mexican food restaurants in town. They’re doing their own thing compared to others locally and it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had the half chicken and will definitely become a regular.

Made from scratch food!! I watched the cook seasoning and skewering whole chickens to roast. Today I tried the papusas with chicken and chicharone. They were good, filling, totally homemade. The dipping sauce is flavorful and mild. The salsa options are super flavorful and today's batch of green salsa was VERY HOT but so flavorful I kept adding a bit to each bite. They understand d gluten free needs and cross contamination! I will be back to try other things and bring friends to support this new little restaurant in Joplin.

First time I'd ever been there. Never heard of it until I Googled places near me and this place came up so I thought I'd try it. The staff was friendly. The menu has plenty of Mexican and Central American meals to choose from. I got a Central American pork dinner covered in slaw with their house dressing with like corn tortillas cut up. They gave us red and green sauces to put on our meals. I used the green sauce and it was good!! I left full and very satisfied. I wish I could remember the name of the meal I got because it was good!!
