H&M BBQ

Had the fried pickles and brisket tacos. The tacos were recommended by staff, who were very helpful, and they did not disappoint! A lot of brisket, coleslaw was on point. Used the Chipotle Peach bbq sauce and it was delish! We ate two tacos before I thought to take a picture though! Highly recommend!!

If you have been here before beware… There has been a recent change in ownership and the food quality has taken a hit for the worse. I took my parents here for the first time after raving about this places BBQ and how it's the closest thing to authentic Texas BBQ here in the valley. Man was I sorely disappointed and so were my parents. We spent what I would call a premium, a little over $100 for 3 meals and we were served dog food. The meats were OK, I had ordered the brisket and burnt ends. The brisket was a bit on the dry side but was manageable with the addition of bbq sauce and they really got the “burnt” part of burnt ends right. The sides were godawful and had to be thrown out. Hands down the best BBQ I have had since I moved to Idaho from Texas. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and outgoing. They made me feel welcome. I am now a devout follower and will be regularly returning. Again the food was fantastic. If I could give 6 stars I would, if you want really good BBQ this is the place to go!

Excellent food. First time dining here and Michael was great at explaining their methods. Its an order at the counter and basically bus your own table however; well worth it. Great job! Absolutely will recommend to friends.

This place is great! The brisket Philly was definitely the star of the show on this one. Super juicy and tender! 10/10 recommend, James was super friendly and guided me on what to order
