HLS Juice Bar & Grill

Today I ordered two chicken wraps from here with sweet potato fries and a smoothie and it was horrible. The chef plastered the wrap in so much sauce and there was barely any chicken in there. I had to throw away both wraps and was only able to drink my smoothie and french fries overall it’s unfortunate that I wouldn’t recommend it and it made me very frustrated because I live all the way in Morris county and drove over here to try the wrap

I am absolutely furious and shaken up by my experience here. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap pretty simple, right? Instead, I was given a salmon wrap. Without knowing, I took a bite and immediately had a severe allergic reaction. I’m allergic to seafood, and this mistake could have literally killed me. My coworker had to sprint to my car to grab my EpiPen to save me from what could’ve been a catastrophic, life-threatening situation. This wasn’t a small mix-up it was a complete failure to pay attention and handle food orders responsibly. To make matters even worse, the entire order was wrong from the start. I ordered regular fries and got sweet potato fries, and it was supposed to be a buy one, get one deal, yet I only received one fries. How does that even happen? This was hands down

I have been coming to HLS for at least 10 years. The customer service is great! But the quality of food has deteriorated. I called three days in a row, just to be told they are out of broccoli which is odd because its a health food store . So because of my loyalty I’ve decided to try one more time and call again. I get the chicken, broccoli and cheddar wrap. Today they have the broccoli but no cheddar. Like come on. What a disappointment!

I enjoy the fresh Cesar Salads and the wraps from here. They have an amazing rewards program too so definitely join and get some points.

Thursday 9/25/25 - i put a small dent in birthday salad before seeing this little guy. for a second i thought it was a black pepper flake. i had to hold it up to the light and put my iPhone on 5x zoom. extremely disgusted.
