Hinode Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi

Food was fresh, tasted amazing, Saphire was kind and provided an exceptional dining experience. Sat by the sushi bar to enjoy a more relaxed experience. The $20 Early Bird dinner with soup/salad, fried rice, and steak (including Filet Minion!) and Chicken (or Shrimp) was some crazy value, so we got 2! Highly recommend!

I LOVE this place so much! Sushi is so amazing. Hibachi is delicious. Chefs are experienced and a lot of fun. Highly recommend!!! Las Vegas Roll, Rock and Roll, Wowwowee roll all are so good!

Great food, great atmosphere and the staff is amazing. Faith was our server tonight and she was great! Also NO ONE goes home hungry!

We arrived at 7pm and were seated quickly, along with another family who got there around the same time. Our server was very pleasant and professional, and everyone we interacted with was kind and handled everything well. Unfortunately, the wait time was the downside. We ended up waiting a full hour for our chef and eventually decided to leave. We completely understand that staffing shortages happen, but it would have been helpful to receive a heads-up before sitting there for that long. A system to inform guests about extended wait times would make a big difference. From past experience, the food can be good and the staff is friendly and professional. The main issue was simply the long wait. No one should have to wait that long without being informed.

Faith did attend our table with most admirable grace and diligence. Her manner was both courteous and warm, and she tended unto our needs with great attentiveness. Our cups were kept full, our table well cared for, and not once were we left wanting. Verily, her service did make the evening most pleasant, and her cheerful spirit was a delight to all gathered. Should all servers bear such kindness and industry, dining abroad would ever be a joy. For her excellent service and noble hospitality, we give Faith the highest commendation: five stars most well deserved.
