Himalayan Heritage Restaurant & Bar VA

We came here after attending a monk visitation at a nearby college and decided to grab some Himalayan/Nepalese food while waiting for traffic to die down. The restaurant had good ratings, and we had a few options on the same road, so we chose this one hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. When we walked in, both the male and female hosts overlooked us — twice. They addressed the parties in front of and behind us, seemingly assuming we were with someone else, until I finally stepped forward and said we needed a table. That should have been our first sign. Wonderful food. We had buffalo mono, chicken Tikka and Lamb Tikka Masala. Our server, AD was lovely. We highly recommend this delicious restaurant for the hungry, road-weary and locals alike.

portion is small but it fills u up. food is still delicious. we got goa fish curry and chicken tikka. fish curry is better than tikka, which is a lil too much seasoning. garlic naan does not have enough garlic but is fresh. service was fast we waited 10 mins. def on the pricier sider

Had an absolutely delicious dinner here last night, the Indian food is spot on, and there are some additional Nepalese items worth trying, especially the mo-mos. They also have a fantastic Nepalese craft beer called Barahsinghe that is not too hoppy and not too malty, just delicious.
