Hillbilly Seafood

I drove an hour to check out Hillbilly Seafood based on the reviews I had read. This place does not disappoint. The seafood is amazing. We had the crab cakes, hush puppies, shrimp tacos, and some fried shrimp. Everything was amazing. The crab cakes were the best I've ever had. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about seafood and only sources the absolute best ingredients. This place is a gem for anyone with Celiac disease looking for gluten free seafood. We will definitely be back.

I look at this place every time we drive by, but today.... I finally stopped. The fish sandwich was excellent! Messy, but that makes it even better somehow. We will definitely be back to try more items. I was eyeing the crab cake, is it real crab or imitation? Anyways, keep up the great work. Best place I've ever ate in Pulaski!!

Best seafood in a long time. Ordered the 1pc catfish plate and it was more than enough for me. Could have easily made it 2 if not 3 meals but shared it instead. Will be going again. I never thought a food truck would have the best seafood in town.

Tried this little place today while working in the area. My husband and I both had the Mexican shrimp & grits. It was absolutely amazing! I'm picky about grits (most people don't cook them long enough!) & these were perfect ! We will definitely be back when we work in the area again :)

I live in Georgia and stay in Pulaski 3-4days a week. I've drove by this place many times and finally decided to try it out. Best catfish I have ever eaten.
