Family business. Great donuts! Reasonable coffee. Open early. Friendly service. Only reason there's a star off is that there's something wrong with the ceiling fan lights. They create a strobe effect that was unpleasant for the coffee visit that I was trying to have with a friend.

HUGE apple fritters & tasty donuts and coffee YUM! 😋 This place is so much better than Dunkin donuts.
Their donuts are always so good and consistent and Kim that works at the desk and in the window is so nice. Amazing customer service.
