Trooper R Williams gave me a citation while I was trying to reach a rest stop due to my heart monitor going off and also gave my passenger a seatbelt ticket because she was asleep and it was fastened. We politely asked for a supervisor he said he didn’t have to call one and pulled off! We have been waiting for over 45 minutes for a call back from a supervisor due to his lack of concern about my health!
