Highland Falls Public Library

I had a great experience as an out-of-state visitor over the course of several days. I needed a place to do some remote work and made use of the library's Wi-Fi and work areas, although I used my own hotspot too. Librarians and staff were friendly.

This is such a great library, in a neat historic building, with a GREAT staff. If there's anything you need it can normally be brought in from another library pretty quickly. And the kids area is pretty wonderful! Love it.

Rude librarians. Unbelievable ! Condescending. Rude. Disrespectful. Irresponsible to job function. Called the police on two independent journalists that were gathering content for their story. They were doing a first amendment audit and failed miserably. Sad.

My local library. Very Friendly and Accommodating! Beautiful Space, right in the center of downtown, My only peeve (& it's not much of one) is the lack of a large stable of new books. The Internet solves this mostly but still...

Librarians are not very nice and quite judgemental. Maybe a little bit racist by saying someone was threatening by the way they sound. Unreal. The guy speaks with a strong tone, like a real man. They called the cops on him for that reason alone. Not nice.
