High-Strung Coffee

Friends recommended High-Strung Coffee because they know I’m extremely picky about both coffee and chai. They mentioned that the owners roast their own beans, and that attention to quality is immediately noticeable. I first tried their drinks at a holiday bazaar and was genuinely impressed, enough that I remembered them afterward, which says a lot. When I later found their semi-permanent location, my husband and I made a point to stop by. The experience matched the first impression perfectly. Same quality, same balance, same care. I was privileged to get a chai latte here and it is literally the best chai I have ever had! Everyone in my group also loved all their coffee drinks. Highly recommend!

High strung coffee is top notch. Love the coffee. Love the service. Ever since I first tried their cold brew at the Sherwood Saturday market, I've been hooked. I now subscribe to their coffee been deliveries for my home espresso needs. Always a happy day when I happen to find the little green trailer at a community event.

As a vendor that goes to a variety of events and markets throughout the year. I can easily say they make the best latte! I look forward to it as the tigard market everu week! Staff is always incredible.
