High Noon Tacos LLC Boulder, Utah

A wonderful hidden gem on the way to Capital Reef. Thought we we just stopping for gas and had the delight of amazing tacos and a truly delightful Hibiscus tea.

Owner went out of their way to start a fire on a cold January afternoon. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or taco for lunch today.

This burrito is AMAZING!!! Perfect composition of things. cheesy, flavorful! It’s such a cute place it’s a food truck but there is seating outside with a little flower bed. There is a bathroom with plumbing and electricity! 10/10 experience would give it more stars if I could.

My family of 5 loved eating here, and I would recommend it to anyone travelling anywhere nearby. Definitely worth driving out of your way for. Ambiance: plenty of seating outside in the shade, colorful chairs and great music playing. Unbelievable views from the patio dining area. Service: friendly, fast, and she was careful to note all of our kids preferences (we have some picky eaters) and had a great attitude about it, as well as suggestions for kid-friendly dishes and modifications. Their employees were all generous and kind. Portion sizes: generous - the tacos were big. I was expecting little street tacos, but they were bigger and they gave us a lot of meat in each one. Food: so freaking good. Their green and red salsas are easily some of the best I’ve ever had, and if they sold them

Amazing fresh Mexican food right off the road. Amazing flavor and the service was genuine.
