High Country Sourdough

Beautiful place for a bakery, super clean, exceptional service and as soon as you walk in you smell fresh baked bread 🤤delicious! We purchased regular sourdough, jalapeño cheddar sourdough 100% recommend also purchased some sweets everything was absolutely delicious, moist, and flavorful it is simply the best that I have tried. We will definitely be visiting again and again.

Bread – Good flavor. Good consistency inside. Bread was spongy overall with a somewhat hard shell. Trying to slice as bread at about ¾” thick with a bread knife did not yield good results. Cinnamon rolls – Three people in our family tried the cinnamon rolls. Way too much cinnamon and something is just off about them. They are not good. Will try again to see if there is something else that may hit the spot.

Great Sourdough the way it should be. Flour, water and salt. No chemicals, no preservatives. Using their own organic flour, not the store bought bleached and enriched GMO garbage. GREAT JOB👍👍👍

The rosemary sourdough looked and tasted amazing, the cinnamon roll was very cinnamony and frosty-very good, and the snickerdoodle was huge and perfectly soft. Definitely going back and telling my friends!
