I came from hotel next door they where closed past there usual time early and didn't let me in like bro its 6:30pm and they close at 9pm on a Monday I dont have a vechicle to ride in to go through drive through and its extremely cold out
Order recieved was completely wrong. Online customer service is complete trash and wouldnt refund me. Guess thats what happens with big chains, they dont care about anything but the bottom line.
I pulled in to the parking lot and did my online order. The atmosphere outside is great! Tall pines fill the edges of the property giving it a unique mountain look. Placed the order waited 2 minutes then rolled up to the drive thru. Quick response on the speaker and I could have kept rolling and snatched my meal as she had it ready and holding it! Da biscuit sandwich was good and the medium order of hash rounds was FULL! Value and courteous host with at least a cool looking outside Pinetop location. Like that big lug said, "I'll be back!"
Food was cold. Meat was cold .Frys cold. Terrible! Service was quick thru drive. 🫥
Burger King on the mountain was new to us, but I needed a bacon-cheese whopper. Drive thru was a bit slow, but burger was hot.
