Hibachi Japanese Steak House

Awesome place, the chefs were talented. The TNT sushi and fried shrimp were my favorite. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I went here after snow ice and cold of February 2026. Parking was really hard because snow hadn't been cleared. Had to wait for a hibachi seat. It was a Friday night. The host this was fine. The waiter was great. The cook was good. The meat cuts are cheap so the food, while prepared in an entertaining way, is just okay. We were a group eight or less. We were not able to make a reservation. Reservations are only available for oops of more than 11.

This place is amazing love the cook the food and the people at my table.

Food was very overcooked. The chef was not very entertaining. There were kids at out table and the chefs usually cater to the kids and try to get them laughing. The volcano he made fell apart and rather than redo it he just moved on to the next food item. The chefs usually pop an egg into their cap but ours skipped that party altogether. As I said, the food was really overdone especially the chicken and the steak. Steaks were ordered medium rare and they came out well done. The chicken was so dry we couldn't reheat it at home without making it inedible so we had to toss it when we got home. The rice was good but there was too much of it. The shrimp was cooked nicely. I really don't understand why the parking lot is so full except possibly because the next closest hibachi is in Middletown

Attended with a large party. Pro: The server did an amazing job. He was very friendly and engaged with our table. The food was delicious. Chicken, steak, teriyaki, fried rice and the veggies were made just right. The cook did a great job entertaining the guests. Con: There was a long wait prior to the cook coming to the table. The ventilation in the restaurant seems to be a bit off. Felt stuffy and smokey inside. The carpet where we sat felt sticky and perhaps damp. I thought it was my shoe but others dining said the same. The wall where the sunset photo is, was greasy sticky so don’t lean on it or risk getting your white blouse dirty like what happened to mine. Overall, it was nice and I’d give this place another try.
