Fenomenal place. These fries were lowkey elite. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside that perfect balance where they don’t feel dry but also not soggy. The seasoning actually hit (not just salty for no reason), and they stayed crunchy even after sitting for a bit. Low effort food, high effort flavor. Would 100% order again.

I just placed an order for my team (16 people) many of them had special requests and Hi Pointe made every single meal perfect with nothing missing. I was fully expecting something to be missed just because that happens, but they were great. We were able to provide a successful team lunch for Employee Appreciation Day!

This was my first time at any location It was not that bad. I don’t why they had to close the Ballwin and Illinois locations. The food was fresh and made to order. A great place for kids! #supportstlouis #supportlocal

This place was great! The burgers were delicious, all the toppings were fresh. Cool theme and the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. I ordered the turkey burger and added avocado. It was amazing! They also have the impossible burger. It's great to have other options other than just beef. The fries were amazing and they have all the condiments on the table including mayo. Oh, they server beer too!

Burger was great! Messy, a little greasy, but delicious. A double was huge! Fries were hot and crispy, fluffy on the inside, yummy! I wouldnt order the green beans again, not seasoned, just okay. My son had a smores shake that was awesome.. worth the 6.99 price tag. We'll go again. Three for the service because I aksed twice if someone could provide the wifi password and both times the staff said they would, but never returned. In their defense, they were pretty busy.
