I think my experience today has unfortunately put an end to my years of coming to Dearborn and Dearborn Heights Nutrition. I used to love this place, my sister and I were at Dearborn’s opening day 6 years ago and we love the owners Jerrison, Kate, Brandon, & Heather. However, they’re not around as much and both buildings are always being run by a younger crowd. They don’t have the same customer service that the owners have, so I’ve noticed quite a decline throughout the years. The atmosphere seems so cliquey and unwelcoming, and if you’re a customer who’s not one of the workers’ friends then they don’t really care about you. First time trying this place, and as soon as I walked in, the staff were just hanging out and chatting with no one at the register. My first thought was, Are you even open? Who’s working here? One girl looked at me like I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. Terrible atmosphere. They eventually took my order, but the drink was mediocre at best. Meanwhile, all their friends were hanging around, talking about school, vaping, and making the place feel like a high school lunchroom. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

This place has a great combination of service and product. The smoothies taste amazing cinnamon roll is highly recommended. This is a good meal replacement after a workout. Service is always welcoming, and you get a family vibe every time you go in.

I never thought I would LOVE a healthy shake but WOW. Absolutely delicious. And the service, JUST AS GOOD. Helped me pick a shake and tea, and greeting me with smiles and kindness right when I walked in the door. Will definitely be a daily customer. Thank you for making my first time experience so amazing!!!!!

Amazing experience at heights nutrition. It comes without question that I’ll be visiting this place again. Absolutely outstanding hospitality by the staff. I feel extremely welcomed here. Besides the great care of the staff, the teas, shakes, and açaí bowls here are to die for! Such incredible flavor with the healthy aspect we’ll incorporated into it! They have earned a lifetime customer!
