Henry's Cafe & Fine Groceries

Amazing food. Atmosphere is cool but nothing like insane. Just two people working the place so service is kinda slow. I didn't mind, but just have in mind that a meal here could take like 2 hours. It's not loud or crowded though, so you can chat comfortably.

Celebrated my dear friends 50th birthday at Henry's last night. The food was outstanding!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The presentations just made your mouth water. And the taste ~ just Wow!!! So much flavor! The 6 course meal was timed perfectly, giving us time to socialize and enjoy the festivities of the party before each was served. I'm pretty sure everyone left with very full bellies as the portion sizes were very generous!

Five of us went for dinner at Henry's and had a wonderful evening and fantastic food. It is a genuine fine-dining experience in Pottstown, with warm service and a diverse and intriguing menu. Many of the items have a clear European influence, if not obvious heritage, while others may include an Asian or Cajun spin on a classic dish. Among the dishes we enjoyed were escargot, pierogis, cabbage rolls, cod, black bass, and spicy mussels. All were outstanding! Everything is prepared fresh, so think slow-food goodness. Forget about rushing through dinner, and enjoy your meal and your company. A special 'thank you' to Frank for kindly allowing the culinary student who was among us to step into the kitchen and watch the master at work!

Our anniversary dinner was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was delicious. The mussels were fabulous, and I took a chance on them as I do not normally like them. Just the perfect amount of heat with chilies and the bacon made them a standout dish. Everything was delicious.

This place is a hidden gem! Frank the chef in amazing and the food was unreal! The seafood was some of the best seafood we’ve ever had. It was so nice that it was quiet and easy to talk to one another with soft lighting. This was our first time & we are already talking about being ready to go back. The blueberry cobbler was AMAZING too!!! We also got everything on the menu between 4 of us, the only thing we didn’t order was the filet (which also looked amazing)!
