Worst sandwich I have had here yet. Bread (sourdough) was cut too thin and fell apart in the middle. They forgot the cheese that was specifically asked for. I used to get this turkey bacon club sandwich and it was always great. Since the ownership changed the quality had gotten worse. I used to east here almost every day as I work across the street. A few bad experience changed where I eat. This is more proof that it’s not a daily staple anymore.
I’ve lived downtown for over 2 years and I have walked past this place hundreds of times but it’s always late in the day. Finally walked over for lunch during work and man they have awesome sandwiches. I believe it was the Hell’s Kitchen with egg salad and bacon and added lettuce tomato and onion on sourdough. DELICIOUS. We also got a Rueben because why wouldn’t you. Free cookie Fridays! Great deal for a sandwich and a side for lunch. Especially for the price. The staff were super nice and I will definitely be ordering there more.
The bread is delicious. We tried sourdough, ciabatta, marble rye..all were good. Service is a little slow, so plan on waiting as there is usually a line. The potato salad and coleslaw were good.
Delicious Philly steak sandwich! It was packed with meat and the bread was very fresh. There was constantly a line but the staff was constantly smiling and very friendly. Highly recommend
My quest for the perfect French Dip led me to Heidi's Brooklyn Deli, and I wasn't disappointed. I had read about the potential wait, and the 20 minutes I spent in line on my first visit proved to be a good investment. The bread was wonderfully fresh, and the au jus was packed with flavor. Adding melted provolone was a great suggestion – it really made the sandwich. And the fact that it comes with a side for just $9.99 makes it an incredible value. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful, which just adds to the overall positive experience. I enjoyed it so much that I came back twice this week for another one. This time, thankfully, no wait! Definitely a new favorite! Edit: I recently returned, and while the price has gone up to $11.69, it's still a great value considering the qu
