This was one of the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time! The service was friendly, generous and some of the best we’ve experienced in the Springs. The food was so delicious and we appreciated the gluten free accommodations for one of the platters. The falafel were perfectly cooked. The owner was very friendly, kind and generously gave us delicious baklava to take home. Our family lived in the Middle East for two years (and we lived and traveled in Europe for six years) and this is some of the most delicious and authentic Middle Eastern food we’ve enjoyed in a very long time! Highly recommended for service, decor and food quality!

Heart of Jerusalem is a gem if you love authentic Middle Eastern food. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared — the falafel is perfectly crispy, the hummus is smooth and flavorful, and the gyros are rich and satisfying. The menu has a great variety, including fresh salads and unique, aromatic teas that really complete the experience. Portion sizes are generous, prices are very reasonable, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What truly stands out, though, is the service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about both the food and the people they serve. Highly recommended if you’re looking for delicious food, great value, and warm hospitality.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic and plentiful. The hummus was good, but the babaganush was next level delicious. The Falafel was fluffy and light. Save room for the Backlava as you won't want to miss out.

Came here for dinner date on a whim and all expectations were blown in the greatest of ways! Walked in amd four staff members behind the counter immediately turned towards us and gave us their undivided attention. We were promptly offered to sit where we'd like, and a waitress was at our table immediately behind us to grab drink orders and delivered menus. The waitress returned immediately with drinks and asked if we'd had enough time to decide on a food order. Waitress returned every three to five minutes to check on us and take our order. Food was on the table within 7 minutes, piping hot,and absolutely DELICIOUS! While we ate and chatted the waitress and staff checked on us frequently, checked the quality of food, and beverage status as well. The baba ganoushwas pristine, and so

Great place for dinner near the Air Force Academy! Get one of their Gyro Sandwiches, since it was big and pretty good for the price! Their fries were also nice and crispy, with their nice refreshing sodas they had available. The staff were nice, friendly and quick. The atmosphere was also pretty decent for a restaurant. Highly recommend this place!
