I recently got to try Healthy Fresh Meals, and everything was so good! Each meal was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I love that the packaging includes all the nutritional info. It makes it easy to know exactly what you’re eating. They also offer both individual and family meals, which is perfect for busy days when I don’t have time to cook. DeLICIOUS. I am so happy to have this place close by, but if you’re not close by, their delivery meal prep would be an excellent option! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious meal. Lev was personable and passionate about their mission and the food shines! As you can see, I didn’t leave anything behind! The juice that Lev recommended was a nice raspberry infusion that went perfectly with my meal.

Over the last week I have been eating Healthy Fresh Meals and I am pleasantly surprised. I honestly did not expect this much flavor in these meals. I'm amazed at how tende the meats were.
