This magical bread has been one of the key factors in my health transformation. The baker uses only organic flour which is a rare find. The loafs are extremely versatile. I love to drizzle olive oil on them and grill them. Sliced with cheese melted on them, they go perfect with any soup. Also, this bread makes a PBJ that is nothing short of legendary. Certainly worth adding to your shopping list.
