I came to switch my children shot records and I was in and out without a problem. I appreciate the information the rep gave me and how helpful she was in answering my questions. Seems like the wait time for any service here was not long and the staff is nice.

Amazing office! It didn’t even feel like a WIC appointment, felt like we were with family.

Hands down this is the BEST location I have ever been to. I have been to MANY different community health departments and this one truly is the best. First, I was able to be seen within 24 hrs from making my appointment. Which every other private GYN facility only had appointments 2-3 months away and I told them all it was an emergency. Second, the staff and Vicky Smith N.P. were amazing!! The NP was so nice and listened to everything I was experiencing and feeling and took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this location!!

The people who answer the phones for appointments always hang up the phone. I thought this was just for my children appointments but when I tried to schedule for a gyn they also hung up the phone. This clinic must pay their reps very low wages being that they continue to keep this disrespectful lazy staff because it’ll probably be hard to replace them. I am so glad I found another pediatrician for my children and gyn. Just FYI the pediatricians barely know english and the gyn jaqueline is a sweetheart, too bad she has to work in a place like this where she loses patients due to no fault of her own. Trust the reviews and don’t waste your time calling.

I always request appointments for early morning hours. I get them, that's not the issue. The problem is, I get scheduled for 9:30 but, the clinic is still empty with the front door locked. That's happened more than a few times. Then, you aren't called until an hour or more later. My daughter's last appointment was for 10am and we didnt leave the clinic until 3pm. The staff is friendly'ish but, they have no sense of urgency and they have a terrible system and ridiculously long wait times.
