Jersey Mike's Subs

Real pleasant experience . It’s like the whole staff was happy to be there . We were greeted at the door by almost everyone . Everyone just seemed happy to be there . That was my first time there . It was clean , that sandwich taste good and I look forward to going back .

as someone with a gluten allergy and who really can’t eat out ever, this has changed me and i’m ngl i am so grateful for this little sub place. very sensitive to wheat and i don’t get sick. thank you!

So I love Jersey mikes!! My favorite sub shop no doubt! Always praising their service and subs to be primo!! This time was different the service lacked horrible. I ordered my sub as always through the app. Didn’t arrive till 7 minutes after my sub should have been made. When I arrived for pick up I walked up to counter all 4 workers were just cleaning and some cooking. I stood there for over 7 minutes I counted while no one even acknowledged my presence in the store waiting to get my sub. It was very unprofessional and I was shocked even uncomfortable standing there trying to get someone attention was futile. Update: 11/29/2025 I went ahead and gave them a 2nd chance, but this time I ordered on line so that I can be sure there is ZERO miscommunication. Welll shocker, they still got it wrong. We ordered the same thing as the first time too. I ordered no Jalepenos one 1 and just regular mayo the other one was heavy mayo. Well guess what they put into the sandwich! You guessed it, Jalepenos on the one that specified none and heavy mayo on both sandwiches. I can't eat spicy food, so needless to say I didn't eat it. I'm done with them, I gave them a 2nd chance, they won't get a 3rd. The subs are great but they lack service. Ordered 2 philly cheesesteak subs and it took 30 minutes to get them. People who came after us had their subs made and out the door before us and we were dining in. I'm not

literally just picked up my sandwich and i’ve only been to jersey mikes twice in my life, and it was at this location. let me say the customer service is so great!! he asked how my holidays went and everything, and he was so kind. really wish i had gotten his name so i can put it in the review, but really great subs and great customer service. thank you!!!
