Hayward's Ice Cream - Merrimack

A good selection of flavors of 🍦 ice-cream. There were flavors I have never seen before! My son had chocolate, I had the Chocolate Tsunami, basically everything chocolate mixed together and my friend, she had the Appalachian Trail, espresso with Heath Bar Crunch and fudge. Both of us found the mixed flavors very rich in taste and we were glad we didn't get a large, which is three scoops. My son devoured his chocolate ice-cream. Good service. Indoor/outdoor seating. Drive thru available. Plenty of parking 🅿️. They were able to process my Couptopia gift certificate. Online ordering available. We came back and I had the Tomahawk Truffle, blue 🍦 ice-cream with truffle and large chocolate chips, which was good. My friend, she let me try her mint Oreo. Very minty! Great ice cream (and food) stand. This one has indoor and outdoor seating, plus a drive thru. Got a frappe which was tasty!

Hayward’s never fails I swear! I’ve been going to Hayward’s for over a decade now and the quality has always been consistent and their flavors are so creative. There’s always so much mix ins and the ice cream consistency is never frozen hard like other places, even if you get a pint or a qt to bring home. I’ve tried other local ice cream shops but always end up back at Haywards. Surprisingly the food/snacks at the Merrimack location is great! We got fries the other day and came out piping hot and crispy! 10/10 this is my go-to ice cream place for as long as I live in the area!
