Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The service by the only person we saw there was amazing, to a lvele that it didn't feel like a fast food joint. The place is clean and has sufficient tables, some larger ones to accommodate a large group as well. The food taste was really good. I'd definitely like the idea of having some veggies in the standard plate option without having to add it as a side.

I’ve been looking forward to trying this place for some time seeing how they have multiple locations, but my first visit was a massive disappointment. I placed a pickup order, and despite giving the employee my name several different times, she made me wait for an order that was already finished and sitting right in front of her. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my soft serve. For a place I was so excited to finally try, the lack of attention to both service and hygiene was really upsetting. I will say their macaroni salad was better than a different Hawaiian place we've visited nearby and they're Kilauea chicken was our favorite amongst the other meat options we got.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it was surprisingly enjoyable. The food was excellent and fairly priced. The young lady who took our order did a great job of explaining the menu. The food came out fast and hot. We really loved the fact that the veggies weren't cooked to death like happens so often in restaurants in the South. Overall, this was a great fast-casual dining experience!

The portion size is crazy I havent been in a year or so but since when they first opened the quality and amount is definitely not the same. I won't be going back. Also due to how my food was served and im glad I checked my order before I left the establishment.

I had an awesome experience at Hawaiian Bros thanks to Daniel! He was super attentive from the moment I walked in, making sure everything was just right. His friendly attitude and quick service really made the visit enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and Daniel checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Great service and great food—I’ll definitely be coming back!
