Haven Restaurant and Bar

I had such a wonderful afternoon today. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The service was excellent — I don’t remember my waitress’s name, but she was blonde, kind and attentive. I had a lovely table, enjoyed a delicious salad and a perfectly cooked salmon, along with a great glass of wine. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was calm and inviting — the perfect place to relax. I also absolutely loved the playlist — the music was perfect and added so much to the vibe. I was able to sit peacefully and read on my Kindle, which made the whole experience even better. It was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely be coming back often.

First time visiting Haven at the recommended of a friend. Overall we had a great experience! We were able to make a reservation for 6 at lunchtime with ease. The food was good! The “Potato Hay” fries were a little too crispy and could have used a tad more flavor but the portion was generous and a great shareable for the table. The salmon entrée was delicious and I would order again in a heartbeat. I would not hesitate to come back in the future for a dinner service.

DINNER: We've been longtime fans of Word of Mouth Restaurants, and while I'll be honest that Haven fell off for a bit, it's officially back! Haven used to be our favorite spot in the Brookhaven/Buckhead area -- we even held our backyard COVID wedding reception on their patio in 2020. At the time, everything was incredible: food, service, planning. Over the years though, with staff changes, the food and service started to slip... at least in our opinions. After a couple of poor brunch service experiences (though brunch food has always been 10/10) and not loving the dinner menu, we stopped going. Was a great place to eat! It was valet only when I went due to it being a busy Friday night. The atmosphere was nice, but it really doesn’t match the type of food that they’re serving at Haven. But that doesn’t really matter to me, food is food and it tasted really good. I had the circle chicken and it was so moist and it basically fell apart in my mouth. Our server Randall was so quirky and funny. He truly was a cherry on top of the entire night. if you’re looking for a place to eat with coworkers or have a nice dinner out with your family. I recommend Haven.

Great spot for a casual, relaxed date night! The manager was super great and checked on us and other patrons regularly to ensure that everyone was having a good time. Our server was nice but definitely inexperienced. She missed the mark on several things including waiting too long after our meals were served to ask if we were actually enjoying our meals or if we needed anything. She also never once refilled our waters though she saw our glasses empty on several occasions. For a nice restaurant, clients should never sit for prolonged periods with no water. The food was overall good though my salmon tasted fishy (the result of not being seasoned enough nor balanced with something citrusy like lemon to balance out the taste) and my twice baked potatoes was ice cold, twice.
