Great place to hang out as a family looking for adventure in books.
I moved to Harvard MA because I visited this library, and I have never regretted it since. They have anything you could ever want here, and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. They have a full range of activities that include the whole community from toddlers to seniors. Many, if not most, of the activities are free. It's a great place to meet people, join a book group, listen to a seminar, bring your kids to a Lego challenge, or just read a book. I hope we never have anone trashing story hour or banning books, here, but I think the good residents of Harvard are too smart for that.
The library is gorgeous inside and out. It has plenty of quiet spaces to read or study. The librarians are super nice. The book selection is reasonable for the size library. The kids section is separate from the rest and well stocked.
