Harrison Village Library

I love libraries, have done so for a long time. This one's a nice size, kinda small, but you can browse the shelves like ya might in a bookstore ( with nice, friendly, competent staff!) This village library has a nice Maine section, just enough selection of all topics, ya still have to make an appointment to go in though (COVID-ness), but it ain't hard to do... it's a nice lil visit for stocking up for the weekend...

Staff are very nice and helpful, popped in to print something out and they gave us free eclipse glasses.

As Hemmingway would say it,it is" A clean and well lit place." Knowedgable and helpful Staff,Computer Access,Parking Lot Wi-Fi access....and a beautiful Spring to Fall Garden.Great resource for Local/ Maine State History. Parking is limited.Local Veteran's Memorial next to it,well worth pausing at.
