Always so loud- people on the phone, kids running around screaming! no quiet room/area.
It's a lovely, comfortable, chill space. Everyone working there is awesome. They have lots of great offerings for all ages.
The Harrison Public Library is both a haven of calm and a beehive of activity, depending on your needs and mood. There are private study carrels and peaceful reading nooks but also a vibrant children's program and jam-packed event schedule. The library also holds a number of novel and fun fundraising events such as the Taste of Harrison restaurant tour and an "oldies" classic rock night at a local tavern.
The librarians could do a better job making the space quiet, children and adults are always talking.
