Harps Food Stores Deli

This location was recently remodeled but still feels completely outdated. The main problem is that there is zero self checkout. There are never enough employees, and they easily get bogged down when there is any kind of rush - self checkout would be the perfect solution. There is a big cigarette island when you walk in that obstructs the flow of the space, and blocks one of the checkout lanes so a lot of customers don't know it's even there. This big dumb cigarette island would be the perfect place for self checkout. The chances of getting a hand basket when you walk in seem to be about 1 in 5. They are almost always out of hand baskets, even when the store isn't busy. Weird problem to have, seems like an easy fix. And finally the store always seems inconsistently or understocked on m

I'll give my $$ to anyone except Wal-Mart. Great pharmacy. They do need bathrooms up front that can accommodate more than 1 customer. I wait EVERY single time I go there. Hopefully they will get a better price point on fresh flowers. $14 is too much.

Very clean store, nice employees. There's a few things this store has in stock that I haven't been able to find in other stores which I greatly enjoy.

Always out of stock, never get what I need there. Just go to Walmart, they have it and it's cheaper.
