Harold's Chicken Shack #30

We all love Harold’s chicken but please don’t eat here. Prices fluctuate so much in this establishment it’s makes no sense what they’re charging to eat here, check any other Harold’s I guarantee you I’m right. You better hope they feel like making your food correctly because if not, you will have to argue with mgnt as to why you need a refund or remake of your food. Please do not order online they will steal your money and say an order was never placed. To top it all off the customer service in here alone would make anyone not even hungry anymore the owner would rather you get out instead of doing what’s right, if it were possible they would be getting no stars from me

I normal order here without any issue but Saturday night 12/13 was a damn joke. The fish was not cooked at all which my twin toddlers ate some and started complaining about their stomach bothering them shortly after. Went to look at the fish and it was still raw which means the grease had to be really high to cook the outside but not the inside. 2 cat & wing combos and a lg catfish dinner all undone. Second thing I never have an issue with is customer service the young new guy there was nasty!. When called about the food this man said “What you want me to do? I ordered some food on DoorDash and where I actually picked it up myself which I feel that is very quick so I went into the location. The cashier had a nasty attitude with me because I told him I ordered my food off DoorDash oh just go down to the other window, so I proceeded, went to the person that gives you out the food. The person legally want to argue with me for no reason I showed them the app where I ordered on DoorDash. They asked me why I could not Confirm the order because I told him it was my personal order and I’m not actually a DoorDash driver so the attitude of the staff there could’ve been a little bit better. Part 2 - Another Friday Night and I ordered again, and my chicken was overcooked and dry (see pics) I had a customer service issue and spoke with Ron the Owner the next day he was advised of the Quality issue and did not offer to replace it therefore changing my previous rating. Part I - It was Friday so I was lazy and I had not had Harold’s Chicken for several years. When I worked downtown we had a food truck that would come for lunch. Based on the last few reviews clearly there’s some kind of disconnect, I ordered a Uber eats order which had a deal buy one get one free 4pc I ordered 4 of those. IF THE STORE DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR UBER EATS OR DOORSASH DEALS DO NOT ADVERTISE THEM. eveytime there’s some type of special through a 3rd party my order is not correct. What do I look like ordering Harold with no mild sauce and I paid EXTRA to have that.
