Flavors of Michoacán

The ice cream here was fantastic. So many options to choose from. Try the Mexican caramel. Staff was also very nice & friendly.

Place is crean, staff is helpful and very nice, and the ice cream is the best. We travel from Winfield IN to take our kids that love this place. Baskin, azúcar in Crown Point and any other places are no where near Flavors. We will travel for this place. I hope they expand and open up in Crown Point...

I have consistently enjoyed the exceptional food at this establishment, which is why I have made it a regular dining choice. However, I must express my concern regarding a recent experience involving a staff member, as depicted in the accompanying photo. On several occasions, I encountered unprofessional behavior from her, which included being verbally confrontational. This attitude detracted from the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere of the restaurant. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of the dining experience, and I hope that management addresses this issue to ensure all patrons feel welcome and respected.

Came in to check out this spot for the first time to get some paletas. They had so many sweet and savory items on their menu. I grabbed a cucumber lime drink, fruit cup and a variety of paletas. The hot chocolate paleta was so good. Super creamy and tasted just like Mexican hot chocolate. All the paletas were 10 out of 10. The cucumber drink was ok but I would try a different flavor next time. They had so many things to try so with that said I will be back to try out other items and definitely for the paletas! So yes go try them out!!

I come in and get elotes over nachos probably once a week. Today I asked someone to pick it up for me, there was no nacho cheese so I called the store. I get on the phone with the “owner” who tells me I have to request nacho cheese on nachos. She offered the solution of me leaving my home and to come get a side of nacho cheese. No refund. No remake. And insisted I request the cheese to go on nachos…. I never have this issue with other employees. Owners/managers seem to never know how to run their own business, and based off the reaction I got and the response to the reviews here, she is ready and willing to argue. Customer is not always right here !
