Harold's Chicken

If you haven’t had Harold’s Chicken before, you’re missing out. This is exactly what I had growing up in Chicago and it’s amazing. The service was excellent and I got a half dark with extra mild sauce. Perfection.

The food was terrible, I couldn't even eat it. The chiken wings were covered in feathers, and dry on the inside. The catfish was overcooked, had no flavor, and was also dry on the inside. The fries were very over cooked as well. The only positive was that the food was very hot.

We stopped in on a Saturday night, being big fans of Harold's chicken in Chicago, we thought we'd give it a try. The guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! I had the 3 piece dark and my wife had catfish. Wife couldn't finish hers, so u helped. So good!

These guys have it going on. Excellent Cat Fish, Amazing Shrimp and the best Chicken Livers in town. A must try!

Iowa needed a Harold's. Every Harold's that has been here had not tasted half as good as this one! Great job and keep up with the great food!♥️
