Harold's chicken #41 Addison

Went to pick up an online order. Said it would be ready by 5:00. Came there on the dot and the order was not cooked yet. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the food. In addition, the thighs and breast were cut into 2 so that it counted as 2 small pieces instead of 1!! Orders a 24 pieces but each pieces was tiny. The 12 pieces is really a traditional 8 pieces the way it was cut! What a rip off!

This might be the worst Harold’s chicken around. If you’re tryin to get extra dry Harold’s with no sauce then come here. Ask for extra sauce, it’s still trash. I got it once last year, trash, came back this year, STILL TRASH! Dude must have gotten this Harold’s through nepotism. Man does not respect the Harold’s way. Check the picture for the world’s driest chicken. The wings, terrible, the tenders terrible, the shrimp, terrible. Good luck

The gentleman that helped us Sunday evening was very kind. Food was HOT and fresh, it great. Thank you very much! I 100% recommend this location if you’re near by.

Wings and tenders are so good and both the mild and hot sauces are amazing as always. Harold’s greatness as always.

Been a while since I was up in the Chicago area. I loved going to Harold's in the past and wanted to get some while I was up here. Placed an order to be delivered with DoorDash. It was easy to order. I was kept notified of the status of the order throughout the whole process. The food arrived with 20 minutes. We ordered a Wing Meal with Mild Sauce and one piece of Perch. The food was hot. The wings gave the feeling and taste that they had been previously cooked and then reheated. The fries were a little undercooked. The Perch was good, but the piece was very small for the price. Overall, it was just OK. It was the first time at this location and wasn't very impressed.
