Hardee's

Was pretty disappointed in the whole experience. Employees were not really engaged. Manager was getting money out of the safe and never spoke. The lady that came to the front assuming she was a manager on duty came to the front and saw customers waiting and walked out. Maybe her hours were up. Food was cold and not fresh. Fries were hot, but overall experience was not up to par. Could use some coaching from the GM.

I got a cheeseburger and fries meal at the drive up window. The burger was delicious and fries excellent. The service was excellent.

I was going to Wendy’s but noticed the drive line was long and I was in a hurry. Hardee’s next door only had one customer and they were at the window. I placed my order for a Hardee burger and drink and pulled behind the other vehicle. Half an hour later neither of us had received our order. A car behind me pulled over to a parking space went inside and moments later left with his order. I finally backed out and left. I saw them handing the vehicle in front of me a bag as I left the lot. Twice before I have set at the ordering location for several minutes before giving up without placing an order.

Fries were cold. Chicken strips were very small. $10 drink, 3 nuggets and fries

I got six biscuits and only two napkins what are we supposed to do share the napkins
