Hardee's

I order breakfast from this location frequently and I haven't had any issues up until now. I ordered Online through the app and I will never do that again. My advice is to ALWAYS throughly check your order. There was no care taken with the food. The sandwich paper was covered in grease.The hash browns weren't hot and One of the containers was busted open on the side and icing spilled all in the bag. I got all the way home and realized that they also forgot my coffee. This location is usually on point but idk what happened this morning. Customer Service is a big deal. Always put yourself in the customer's shoes. If someone put grease covered food and broken food containers in your order you'd probably never return.

The manager (Sonja, I believe) has has the worst attitude I have ever seen. I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger on 8/12 and it came with barely 2 pieces of mushrooms. When I asked for a cup of mushrooms to add to my burger Sonja said "there's nothing wrong with it - that's the way they come". I asked if she wanted to see to the burger and she said "I know it's made right - I made it". When I returned with the burger Sonja had actually turned her back and left the counter while I was retrieving it. The cashier had to call her back over. I showed it to her she claimed it had the appropriate amount and if I wanted more I would have to pay for extra mushrooms. I declined and told her they need to fix some things around here. She said "ain't nothing needs to be fixed". Sonja made no

We have been placing a large breakfast order for over a year and this location has always been great to work with! The biscuits, of course, are delicious. The manager, Kym is great leading her team and they always have our order taken care of for us every month. Highly recommend this location.

If you value your life, don’t eat here!! My husband went by around 8:30 am, ordered breakfast platters with bacon, and was asked to pull around and park. You would think fresh food, right? Nope! He got home and we had hashbrowns that looked like they had been fried in old grease 4 times, gravy that clearly came from another day (or year), and biscuits that looked like they had been dropped in a deep fryer. Also, the grease had to be old because thank you for the french fry before lunch has even started. My camera didn’t do a great job but these biscuits were partially gray on the inside and outside. Sending all of this to the health department as well. One star is as low as i could go. We should absolutely be allowed to not give stars at all. It looked like they attempted to reviv

I had a great experience at Hardee’s thanks to Laquisha! She was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was fresh and exactly right. It’s rare to see someone greet customers with such a positive attitude and genuine smile. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about providing good service. Hardee’s is lucky to have her on the team!
