Hardee's

I was so disappointed in their chicken sandwich...does not match their advertisement at all! I know, what place really does? But this was so gross it wasn't funny and made me want to puke. The chicken was like rubber, the breading burnt, oily and disgusting! The lettuce left a bad taste in my mouth even over the rest of the nastiness. The only thing good was the curly fries. The soda was ok as far as sodas go, but they really need to learn to wipe down the cups before serving them, especially at the drive thru, people are going to be driving, luckily my husband and I pulled over to eat before going on, because we had to clean it off ourselves, as they were all sticky and wet. I came through the drive through. Keegan was my drive thru attendant. He was polite, kind and used manners. I made it a point to compliment him and thank you for his service. We need more customer service just like he provided at the drive through menu board and at the window. Keep up the excellent work Keegan. It was my first time here.in a year or so and I'll be back for this reason.

I stopped at Hardee’s on a Friday afternoon. The drive-through wasn’t busy, which made the visit quick and easy. My fries came out hot and fresh (always a win), and the quarter-pound cheeseburger was cooked well and tasted great. The staff at the window was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I didn’t order a drink this time, but overall, the visit was smooth, the food quality was solid, and the service left a good impression.

The last 2 times I've been here they've messed up our order. I always try to order a Monster Roast Beef with bbq sauce, and the first time they didn't give bbq sauce (even though it said 2 packets on the receipt), and the second they gave me a bacon... burger? With mayo. My husband ordered two plain burgers and they gave him two burgers with lettuce tomato and mayo. Apparently they just give you whatever they feel like giving you lol.

I had an issue with my order being incorrect. I tried calling multiple times, but the phone disconnected before it could even ring. Management made our experience better by fixing the issue.
