Hardee's

My husband and I have always had a positive experience when we eat here. The food is always cooked fresh and tastes delicious for us every time. Judy is so pleasant and she keeps the store running in tip top shape. She makes us, as well as every guest that comes in, feel very welcomed! This is definitely our breakfast go to!

I'm from Pittsburgh. I am passing through. We don't have any Hardee's where I live. I was excited to get a shake and burger. When I ordered, I was met with, "We're out of ice cream." I was thinking, how busy are you that you RAN OUT. It's 6 pm on a Friday night. There's nobody in the drive-thru and we were the only people in the restaurant. My Frisco burger was good, but I was disappointed about the shake. Somebody needs to do a better job with inventory.

Very kind, professional service. Quick turn around receiving order. Nice to be waited on by someone with a smile. Tables, floors and counters looked well cleaned. Had nice music playing that was loud enough to hear but not overbearing. Will be coming back to this restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Probably had some of my worst experiences here. Came in October and they had roaches, bad service, bad attitudes, bad food (didn't try it just what I saw and heard while behind inside) dirty tables and floors, long wait times. Came inside today because I thought after 4-5 months things would indeed be different... I was wrong. Little bit cleaner so good job there. Service was bad. Apparently when you place big orderes it's very bad and they don't like. Well immediately while placing the order you can you hear the people in the kitchen shouting really people do you need that many chicken wraps( I ordered 6...so???) went ahead and canceled my order. Ask for the manager and explained what happened. And Asked for the number for corporate was told to look it up online, I said you don't have it

This place isn't worth your money plus they'll make your food wrong refuse to make it right and then Vickie Ellinger will proceed to tell me I have to have the receipt to get my money back yet she never gave it to me all she gave me was a small cup for my drink after I paid. So I spent 20 dollars on messed up food with no reciept and her refusing to make the food right or find my receipt and give me my money back.
