Hardee's

I used my mobile reward app today came in. Got a chicken sandwich. It was horrible. It was so cold and old. I went through drive-through came inside showed the employee. The employees were very nice two white males in the store One black male, leaving as I came in he stated we got a remake coming in as he was leaving.They did replace my order. It was better than it was the original time .. The customer service was excellent just the food quality not so much. I think the grease may need to be changed as well. The food smelled very funny my apple pie and the chicken ..though the service is great. I would not recommend eating at this Hardee’s when I went there …there was no one there. Only one person in the drive-through and nobody inside the dining room the quality of the food should have be

I waited 45 mins to get my food through the drive thru. In that time they served 3 customers, made one pull forward who is sitting there still when I was behind them. Then the customer behind me even pulled off after ordering. The lady at the window was rude and should be fired. Date was 1/11/25. Might should think about shutting down or hiring all new staff. They also failed to give me a straw or forks for the food as well. The ice in my tea was completely melted and the tea tastes terrible. The hash browns were spilled all in the bag. As well as all the food was cold.

I didn’t receive the correct order. I ordered through Uber Eats. The food I did receive was cold. The biscuits were hard. Just overall disappointed. Never again. 27 dollars worth of food I ordered and received the wrong order. Absolutely pissed.

I quite literally sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes this morning. It was raining so I was trying to just be quick as I was grabbing some breakfast before work, which I ended up being late because of this. I had already paid for my meal online so I didnt feel the need to go inside as it looked like they were alil busy, understandable its 920 in the morning. But the long wait, in the drive thru???? I do not understand. Pull to the window no one even comes to apologize for the wait or anything, I sit at the window for almost 10 minutes until a lady comes to the window finally rattles off the wrong order, i stated no i had on online. She says pull forward and shuts the window nothing else..... i sat from 915 to 10 for a snadwich and hashbrowns thank god the food was edible... I hardly

I’ve never in my life had to wait this long for a gravy biscuit and a frisco sandwich combo. Why should It should NOT take 30+ minutes to wait in the drive thru for “fast food”. This is the absolute worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. There must be 1 person working the whole restaurant.
