Hardee's

Went through the drive through, knew what we wanted and ordered. We were polite. We ordered large drinks and watched the drive thru employee over fill the cups with ice like overflowing then put soda in them. She then had to use the top of the cups to mash the ice down to get the lids to fit, we watched the mess. Our cups weighed at least 3lbs each. Then we watched her properly fill the drinks for the person behind so it was intentional. Our food was hot. The fries were the size of shredded hashbrowns and a little soggy but hot. The burgers were delicious.

When ordering breakfast you have to request fresh dropped hash rounds and other items. The staff is kind and professional most times.

Love the 2 for $5.50 chicken ranch wraps! My quick go to food. Love it! Customer service is great! Friendly, sweet workers.

The drive-thru staff were super rude & abrupt today. The meal was just awful across the board. The burger was cold, cheese wasn't even melted and was like a piece of hard plastic. The bacon we got on the chicken sandwich was raw & rubbery. The chicken strips were tough & chewy. The fries were undercooked, limp & soggy. The loaded mac & cheese was barely warm and definitely not cheesy-creamy. The cole slaw was okay-ish and at least that's meant to be cold. We didn't get any straws or utensils and not even a 'Thank you' or 'Have a nice day' from the staff. Service and food quality has been dropping the past few months but now it's just all-around so bad that we won't ever go back.

Just wanna say that in a world where there isn't much nice to say about fast food it's pretty awesome that I can get a large breakfast combo with cheese added and it still be under 10$. Filled me up and cheaper than other places I've been to recently. Thanks Hardee's.
