Little Caesars Pizza

Highly disappointed! I ordered two Deep Dish pizzas on the lunch special with extra cheese, and this is what I waited 25 minutes for. I’ve never had this issue at the Auburn location. Honestly, it feels like I wasted my money. On top of that, I wish staff would wash their hands more often—touching everything and then handling food is completely unsanitary! This is not my first visit at this location. This is my second time since they remodeled! It wasn’t up to par that time either.

Placed an online order, waited at the restaurant for it to say my order was ready in the drive thru. Once it said my pizza was out of the oven it took 15 minutes for it to be ready for pickup. I waited in the drive-thru line and when I got to the window I was handed my pizzas but told my bread sticks (crazy bread) were not ready and I would need to drive back around the building to get them when they are ready. The drive thru employee was very friendly, empathetic and apologetic about it but by the time I got my bread sticks and sauce my other food was ice cold. I don't feel like a 40 minute wait time for cold food while I am literally at the restaurant is acceptable and probably won't be back.

We went to Little Ceasars today on their 1st day reopening. We got a Pepperoni Classic pizza and a box of Chessy bread. Both items were mouth watering delicious. The best food we have ever gotten at that store. Hope the food stays that fresh always. Very happy they are open again.

Worst experience I’ve had here. The girl at the window was rude, unfocused, and acting strangely—humming and moving around fast but not actually doing her job properly. No professionalism or basic customer service at all.

Very dissatisfied!!!! Came while they were open and they refused to serve me. Sat at the drive thru over 15 minutes as workers passed by looking. Still 10 minutes before closing as I write this and still no service. All my daughter wanted was a hot and ready!
