Hardee's

If I could do negative stars I would. My parents ordered at 10am, and I ordered right behind them. I got my food at 10:24, and my receipt reflects that time because I had to ask for one and they did a reprint. The lady didn’t want to give me a receipt, as I heard her tell one of the workers I was upset for waiting so long. Customers were having to repeatedly tell the workers over and over what they ordered. The workers are yelling at each other, half the drinks were out of syrup, flies everywhere, and dirty floors.

Went to drive threw about 10:30 am. Placed order and used coupon for new Toasted cheese bacon breakfast sandwich. Ordered 2 as per instructions on coupon. When received bill had take off 2 dollars for breakfast platter. When attempted to explain mistake, employee just walked off, shaking her head, and sent another employee. The second employee would not even listen to what I said. The coupon she had was not the one I gave the other employee. She just pushed the receipt in the food bag and handed it to me stating she only use the coupon one time, which only took off $2 instead of over $3. Also was informed initially that they were out of apple pies and then it changed to would be 8 minutes to cook more. Never offered to take order for pies. These employees were rude and apparently

Just wanted to post what a great experience we had at this Hardee's, with a special shout out to Nya this young lady was so nice and very professional. She greeted us with a smile and told us to enjoy our family vacation. With so much negativity in this world it was so nice to meet her. You will go far in this world I'm sure. I didn't catch the managers name but wanted to recognize her too. Amazing leadership skills Great job ladies. The Dilllard family cruise

We swung in on the way to Jacksonville for a quick breakfast. Tasha and the ladies (that's all I saw) were wonderful and tentative. At our 9:20am visit we were welcomed in and tended to quickly. Food came out fast, looked wonderful, was hot, and tasted wonderful. Was also nice to see their Valentine's decor up still 2 days later. Ladies room was up to par and stocked.

Stopped by this location while traveling yesterday. I asked if my order could be fresh & hot off the grill. Not only was it not fresh but it was old, burnt and extremely overcooked. Fries were also cold. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to this meal because I don't have a Hardee's in my area and was looking forward to this meal.
