Food is always fresh and the staff is always polite when we come through and stop. The cashier was extremely busy running to the back to help, working drive through and cashiering the front in. We stopped right before the breakfast and lunch switchover. The business was pretty steady. We only saw 3 employees working at that time. They held the fort down. The young lady in the front end was like superwoman. All the orders were correct and everyone taken care of in timely fashion. Seems more and more fast food chains have fewer employees working or they are always hiring for more people, yet they work PT hours doing 6 peoples jobs. Seating area, condiment/fountain corner, and restrooms were clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work.

Pretty good. About as a average as it gets. Staff is -usually- friendly. PSA, I wouldn't trust using any digital coupons here as the many times I (and others) have tried, they always fail to accept them and end up charging you the full price without compensation.

This is the second time I’ve came here and I’ve gotten stale curly fries that taste like a chemical. The sandwich I received was fresh and hot. But every time I order curly fries they’re absolutely disgusting. Workers were friendly.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Before 5 pm they were all out of brewed tea. The bathroom floors were so sticky my shoes actually made sucking noises.

The manager guy working at the Rushville location is very rude and very creepy! He is like this every time I come through this location. He acts as if he can't stand to email on customers. All of the other employees here are very nice and polite.
