Hardee's

They were very busy when we came through and understaffed. The bacon super biscuit was good and we tried strawberry lemon biscuits. They were very good and sweet very nice strawberry and lemon flavor.

It's a shame that the attitude and attention to customers is so bad at this location. The food is good but after watching three people behind us get their orders first....and watching drive thru get several biscuit and gravy (i only ordered two biscuits and gravy and hash round) had to ask if ours was ready. Still had to wait while the potatoes just sat getting cold. Asked for my money back...then the counter girl told me they were coming out right then. We were afraid to eat the food because the attitude was so bad. The kitchen was throwing the sandwiches up so hard they were coming unwrapped. Just tired of the customer service here.

It's pretty crappy when you try to use the app fir anything and they say you cant cause they cant get it to work. Get it together paris come on. And lobby locked at 830? When you can see multiple employees sitting g around and talking

This was terrible. Rude workers from start to finish because they claimed they couldn't hear me in the drive through, so I had to order at the window and got dirty looks from the young dark haired girl standing around the counter. Took forever and then the candied bacon is literally still raw. Won't be eating this and I wouldn't recommend this location to even feed my dog. Ridiculous!

I'm glad this store is remodeling, but I think they need to "remodel" their crew now! Last year this place was great, food always hot and fresh, fast moving and friendly employees! But here in the last several months it's gone way downhill. Food is barely ever hot and fresh, employees don't seem to care about anything. I sat in drive thru over 25 minutes one day last month listening to the employees over the headset(they forgot to turn it off) goofing off, cussing, talking about customers! I used to love eating at hardees but I don't think I will anymore!
